Live Conversation Outbound



The goal of this category Live Conversation - Outbound is to ascertain whether the worker who made the call reached the desired contact or a spokesman for the desired contact.

One-sided recordings: You could only hear the caller's voice on some outbound calls. This is done by design. Please identify such one-sided recordings just like you would an outbound call.


Connected




  • Reached to intended party
  • Even if customer immediately said they will call back
  • Or call drop after connected with intended party
  • Intended party but not interested
  • Intended Party but said remove me from the list ( if said wrong no and remove me from list than not the right person )
  • One sided Voice, but you can tell that the call is connected
  • For Example
Agent greetings with customer name/ or introducing His self with customer name ( some calls are too short only greetings in that) like,
Hi Amir, it's John from Toyata etc
Or yeah it's John from Toyata

  • Handled by family member, or friend of the Customer ( If agent offer to tell the intended party or spouse said they will tell the intended party this is left a message)
  • Handled by an interactive system


Left a Message



  • Call reached voicemail and left a message.
  • left a message with live person or
  • If Agent asked to Spouse/( family member of the customer ) tell the intended party/ or Spouse said they will tell the intended party


Not the right person / no message




  • Wrong number
  • Connected with intended party and party said wrong no
  • Reach voicemail and not leave a message
  • Voicemail full
  • Call only lasted a few seconds and no conversation is heard
  • Spam call
  • Recorded advertisement
  • Music From Start to End

Unfamiliar Language





Choose this option if the call is in a language you are not knowledgeable with and are not qualified to examine.
This choice is not acceptable for calls with no spoken words.




Note Humanatic only offers 5 languages If calls are from any other languages from that 5 and you are familiar with that language then select Unfamiliar Language otherwise they will ban your account
