Agent Reason

It makes no difference whether the person who has been contacted is interested in buying, selling, exchanging, or test driving a car. You are only paying attention for the agent's purpose for trying to place the call. Regardless of the call recipient's interest, you should try to ascertain if the agent called to discuss purchasing, selling, exchanging, or test driving a car, as well as whether or not an appointment was requested.

Try to Attempt Buying

  • Discuss about Trade
  • Test Drive
  • Appointment for test drive

2: No follow up on a previous purchase / general discussion




  • Follow up on a previous purchase
  • General discussion
  • New appointment set for service
  • Call related to service
  • Call related to parts
  • The reason of call is not clear

3: No agent only confirmed, changed, or cancelled an existing appointment




  • Confirmation Call for existing appointment
  • Changed an existing appointment
  • Cancelled an existing appointment

4: Correction the call was not connected to the intended party



  • Never connected to the intended party.
  • Reach voice mail
  • Left a message
  • check Inbound for more details

Unfamiliar Language


Choose this option if the call is in a language you are not knowledgeable with and are not qualified to examine.
This choice is not acceptable for calls with no spoken words.
